I also set my graphics settings as low as possible in game.

Im using dell, windows 11, nvidia mx550, and 12th gen intel core i7-1260p 16cpu. I put in a ticket 3 days ago, and in that time i did all this stuff, and yesterday he told me to do the steps i did before him saying, and he told me that for some reason diablo is using my intel not nvidia. I was also getting fenris error beforw, but now i only get it if i try to make new char or something. I also set it up to ask to run as admin on start up(forgot how i did this) as i was at first having problems crashing before char creation, it was regedit that fixed that part of crashing, and now i can get into game, just the background is black, but i can move around the settings which seems to be good graphics and after a little lag works fairly quick. I also went into system>display>graphics in my settings selected high performance nvidia for diablo exe. Changed power management mode to nvidia(out of desperation cause why not) didnt work. I changed opengl rendering gpu changed to nvidia, tried game it didnt work. Under there it says select a program to customize, i selected diablo 4 exe(not the launcher) then further down under specify the settings for this program. Manage 3d settings- global settings, selected high performance nvidia processor, didnt work, went back into these settings and and switched to program setting tab. I changed 3d settings in nvidia control panel:Īdjust image settings- use the 3d image setting

(After doing these next steps and other steps, i can not find anything new online to fix, everyone just keeps saying the same thing in these steps.) Even after i made primary and did everything ive learned online. Diablo 4 isnt using my nvidia, when i get into game which i hardly can without flashing or black screening but i can at least get into settings but it only shows intel not nvidia.

Im not tech savy, but im pretty decent at following instructions, and i been riding youtube and google searches to fix issue.
